1)
How do I place my reservation?
To obtain the
availability of your chosen hotel, simply click
on the destination you are visiting, choose the
hotel you wish to stay in, fill in our booking
request form and you will receive a reply very
shortly. This may take a little longer during
the busy months of November to February.
On our booking form, you may
select 2 alternative hotels in case your chosen
hotel is fully booked. This is recommended.
Be sure to make your reservation for the full
duration of your stay. If you do need to extend
your stay after arrival, please contact a Resorthotel
office so you are not charged the hotel's full
room rate.
Kindly note that the Single room
rate refers to a 1 person occupancy, and a Twin
room rate refers to an occupancy of 2 persons.
You can request a room with either 2 Twin beds
or 1 Kingsize bed if available.
2) What
happens as soon as I send my booking request?
Once we receive
your booking request, we will immediately contact
our wholesalers to check the availability. You
will then receive an electronic notification,
indicating the status of your booking.
Kindly note that we do not require your credit
card details upon your initial enquiry. When you
are ready to go ahead and confirm your booking,
we do require full pre-payment by credit card.
Upon confirmation (usually within 24 hours), you
will receive a confirmation voucher with all your
reservation details listed. This voucher is to
be presented upon check-in at the hotel. You will
also receive a copy of your credit card transaction
details.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard,
JCB and SCB
4) What
security am I guaranteed when using a credit card?
The secure online
information form uses the latest encryption technology
Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which means that all
of the information you enter is converted into
a scrambled code, that is securely transmitted
over the internet to the secure server. The information
can only be read by the Customer Reservation Department.
5) Can I
pay directly to the hotel when I arrive?
No. We require
full prepayment and as the booking is made through
Resort Hotel Network, payment should be made directly
to us and not to the hotel.

Can I make a reservation directly through the
hotel?
You can make a
reservation directly, although you will usually
be charged the full walk-in rate, which is an
average of 30% to 50% more.
7) Are your hotel
rates per room or per person?
All of our
listed rates are quoted in either Thai Baht
or US$ Dollars according to the hotel, per
room per night and are inclusive of service
charge and Government VAT.
For children
under 12 years, sharing the room with their
parents without an extra-bed there is no
charge, but ABF for the child shall will
be paid directly to hotel. Maximum 2 chidren
For children
under 12 years, sharing the room with their
parents with an extra-bed, we charge for
the room at the Triple rate.

8) Is Breakfast
included?
Each hotel has
a different policy on whether or not breakfast
is included in the rates. Check the details on
the rates page for each hotel, as to what is included
and what is not included
9)Do you
offer additional discount rates for airline staff
or members of the travel industry?
Kindly note that
our internet discount rates are already very special
and are the best rates we can offer.
10) Can
I extend my stay after I arrive?
If, after your
arrival, you wish to extend your stay at the same
or different hotel, please contact our local office
so that you are not charged the full hotel walk-in
rate.

What is Resorthotels cancellation policy?
Our
Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings unless
the hotel you have booked with has different terms
and conditions to those stated below. Any policies
dictated by the hotel will always take precedent
over the policy stated here. We will of course
inform you clearly if this is the case with your
booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking please
advise us as early as possible. For 1 night stays
only, if a one night cancellation fee is applied,
no additional administration fee will be charged.

What are your late check out policies for hotels
in Thailand:
- Late check out can be
required until 2 PM free of charege (On request
and subjects to availability )
- Late check out until 6 PM the hotel will
charge half day rate
- Late check out after 6 PM the hotel will
charge one night
